Course Introduction
Micro:bit is a very popular micro-processor board, specially designed for primary and secondary school students to learn programming. Its easy-to-use and highly scalable features have led many Hong Kong primary and secondary schools to compete in the school curriculum to promote learning about programming and STEM education. Recently, some schools have even included micro:bit in the book list as one of the necessary STEM learning programming tools.
This course is designed for those who are new to micro:bit and intend to become a STEM instructor. Through 8 lessons (a total of 16 hours) of teaching activities, adults will master all the required skills and focus of micro:bit to integrate micro:bit courses into their teaching, so as to train their students' problem-solving and logical reasoning ability, stimulate creative thinking, and cultivate their interest in learning STEM.
